I graduated in June 1987, from
the University of Ottawa and received a Bachelor of Social Studies in
Criminology and Sociology. Married Dec. 31, 1990 to Dave Taylor of Havelock. I have two sons, Geoffrey, born Jan. 14, 1995 and Bradley, born Oct. 11, 1996. Relocated to the Orillia area in July 1996. Attended Nipissing University in Sept. 1998 and graduated with Bachelor of Education in April 1999. I am now a full time teacher, teaching grade two and three. My high school memories include: Participating on the Cross country team, the volleyball team, the track and field team and the girls soccer team. Proudest moments in high school: Winning the team OFSSA gold for midget cross country, breaking the school record for the midget girls 400 meter - winning a bronze at OFSAA (I don't know if I still hold that record or not). Talking a teacher into forming a girls soccer team. I then got sick and took a few years off from the teams... After school jobs included,
working at Wendy's including the Saturday night shift and cutting the
grass and working in the kitchen at the hospital. Because I lived in Norval, I didn't hang out in Georgetown, and don't really have any favourite hang outs. I fondly remember the high school dances, where I can say I did not get into any trouble. |
